'THE ADDAMS FAMILY', a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and it’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, 'normal' young man from a respectable family– a man her parents have never met. Her father Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before – keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s 'normal' boyfriend and his parents.
Join Oyster Lane Theatre Group and a cast and chorus of over 60 members as they bound their way into the National Opera House with a bang! The show features the characters you all know and love such as Uncle Fester, Lurch and Pugsley Addams plus more! Tying in with Oyster Lane's ethos of blending youth with experience, the group are delighted to have so many new and experienced members join them onstage this year.
We are delighted to welcome back the talented Thomas O'Leary as Director who last directed for us in 2013. The Musical Direction and Choreography is in the ever capable hands of Patrick Clancy and Jonny Smith respectively.
