Chanteuse Derby Browne performs her personal tribute to The Little Sparrow, Edith Piaf, with performances of ‘La Vie En Rose’, ‘No Regrets’, ‘Autumn Leaves’ and ‘Under The Bridges of Paris’. Edith Piaf was born on the streets of Paris, and rose from the Parisian slums to international stardom during the 1940’s until her untimely death at 46. Pigalle is packed with Piaf’s French chanson from the cabarets and cafes of Paris, with romantic interludes from Parisian tea-shops, carnivals and market-places. Accompanied by David Wray – Piano and Derek McKenna – Accordion.
