It is a widely held view that singing is good for mental health; in the ever-present pandemic of Covid-19 not only is this still an important issue but now one’s physical health can benefit so much from good vocal use.
Led by Elizabeth Drwal, a leading workshop facilitator in Ireland for voice, these workshops will focus on breathing, how to produce both the breath and sound in a healthy way, all through simple vocal exercises and songs.
These sessions are suitable for all adults from 18 years upwards. Some experience of singing an advantage but not essential.
You are welcome to book for both sessions or either one. The finish time is approximate.
Maximum places per workshop: 20
These workshops will be presented on zoom, and a link will be sent to participants in advance of the workshops. All that is required is an internet connection!
As places are limited, if you’re plans change and you can no longer participate please do let us know in advance, as we could then accommodate any waiting list.
These workshops are Free of Charge but places must be booked in advance.
