The day is finally here! We've turned 15!
On September 5, 2008, Wexford Opera House, now officially the National Opera House, opened its doors to the public. Despite all the challenges of the last 15 years, including a global financial crash and a pandemic, we are still here thanks to your continued support, not only by attending the various events, but by spreading the word about the National Opera House to your friends and family. Due to our combined efforts, people from all over Ireland and abroad have come to experience an event in Ireland's premiere cultural venue. To date, over two million people have come through the doors of the National Opera House.
Although consistently delivering a range of diverse and exciting programming, the National Opera House remains almost entirely dependent on box-office sales, donations, and voluntary commitment to continue to operate.
To mark our 15 years in existence and to ensure that we can continue to build on the progress we've made during this time, we are announcing our 'Donate €15 for 15 years' competition. By donating €15 to the National Opera House, you will be entered into a draw to win tickets to attend events of your choice* in the National Opera House in 2024. THREE winners will be selected to receive FIVE pairs of tickets, with a prize value of more than €400.
AND if that wasn't enough, some of Wexford's top businesses have given us some 'birthday presents' as additional prizes. They include:

- Lunch for two at CDMX
- Lunch for two at the Maldron

The closing date of the competition is Sunday, 31st December 2023. Winners will be randomly selected after the closing date.
