Wexford School of Ballet & Performing Arts presents The Nutcracker

The Nutcracker, a Tchaichovksy masterpiece written in 1892, with choreography by Marius Petipa, is a classic Christmas tale that never gets old. It has been reinvented by many companies but the beautiful story of Clara Stahlbaum's favourite Christmas toy, the Nutcracker doll comes to life, defeating the Rat King in battle, whisking Clara away through the Land of the Snowflakes to the magical Kingdom of Dolls, will always remain every ballet lovers favourite.

WSBPA has performed the Nutcracker Ballet many times and as we cherish those beautiful memories we look forward to gracing this magnificent National Opera House stage once more with our production of the Nutcracker Ballet on November 25th 2017.

WSBPA has now been running successfully for over 50 years producing professional dancers and teachers all over the world. The schools in Wexford, Enniscorthy and New Ross train students in Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Tap & Singing. The staff of 8 strong teachers have endless experience and knowledge and love to spend their time moulding the stars of the future.

So come along to the National Opera House on December 14th at 8pm to see WSBPA in action as they present the Nutcracker.
