Trash Panache

In celebration of International Day for People with Disabilities, Reach Ability proudly supported by Brian Cunningham Management, is thrilled to announce Trash Panache which is taking place on December 4th, 2024. This inspiring event will showcase creativity, inclusivity and artistic expression, offering a platform for individuals with disabilities to shine. The event promises to be an unforgettable celebration of fashion, performance and a celebration of talent from across Co. Wexford. 

Much like the renowned Junk Kouture, Trash Panache will focus on sustainable fashion, encouraging participants to create stunning outfits made from recyclable material. The twist? The event is designed specifically for people with disabilities, empowering them to express their creativity and individuality in a truly unique way. This inclusive event is all about breaking boundaries and showing that fashion, art and performance have no limits when it comes to talent and imagination. 

Reach Ability along with Ard Aoibhinn, Cumas, Resilience, Irish Wheelchair Association , Rehabcare, The Collective Sensory Group and Windmill will participate in our Trash Panache Event. Each service will be represented by talented individuals who will take to the stage and showcase their designs. 

Adding to the excitement, a panel of celebrities including Samia Longchambon, Mikey North, Eilish O'Carroll and Clíona Hagen will judge the outfits and ultimately choose a winner. Beat FM are providing our M.C. duo with the wonderful Shona Lyons and Niall Power, the atmosphere promises to be electric. 

Trash Panache will also feature a variety of live performances who will entertain the audience with music, dance and more throughout the show. This is not just a fashion show but a performance of creativity, talent and inclusion.
