Michael Londra Comes Home to the National Opera House for One Last Concert
Wexford, Ireland — Emmy®-nominated singer, TV host, and theatre producer Michael Londra returns home to the National Opera House for one final, spectacular night of song.
This special concert will unite choirs from Ireland and the USA, an incredible live band, and very special guests, all under the direction of Michael’s long-time collaborator and musical director Liam Bates.
Michael famously led choirs on the opening night of the National Opera House, delivering a memorable performance of Bohemian Rhapsody that became part of Wexford’s musical history. Now, he returns to the same stage for a powerful celebration of music and community.
Joining Michael will be the Kilmore Community Choir and the acclaimed Ames Chamber Artists from Michael’s other hometown of Ames, Iowa. The Ames Chamber Artists will make Wexford their first stop on a national tour with Michael.
Michael is the producer and host of the hit PBS® travel and music series “Ireland with Michael”, which airs nationally across the United States and Canada, bringing the spirit of Irish music and culture to millions of viewers. His theatrical ventures includes being lead producer on Get Happy, a brand new musical destined for Broadway.
